Chelgrave has been operating since 1979 and has now expanded operations into Gladstone to service Central Queensland. Due to this growth, we are seeking a Regional Manager to join our team.

| Job Requirements | We are seeking a Manager with experience in the service industry having an understanding of labour hire, maintenance and asset cycle processes including project outcomes, particularly in technical and trades related environments. You will be responsible for Business Development / Sales and Employee Management processes including end to end service delivery and performance. As an integral member of our team we are seeking a leader who can contribute strategically, manage multiple tasks, deliver innovation and is familiar with solution selling. The ideal candidate will have either a Trades or Technical background and demonstrated experience in resource management / industrial relations and OHS&E deliverables; An Engineering or Maintenance Tertiary qualified person is desirable, but not essential. |
