
2024 GEA Annual General Meeting & Member Christmas Function
Gladstone Engineering Alliance invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
We encourage all financial members to attend the AGM to learn about our accomplishments in the 2023/2024 financial year.

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting Gladstone Engineering Alliance (GEA) is seeking nominations for up to 5 (five) Board positions, which includes the position of Treasurer.
Vacancies:
- 2 (two) Board positions have come to the end of their 1st two-year term and will vacate their seat, (with the option to renominate for a second term).
- 1 (one) Board member has completed their full term.
- 2 (two) Board positions are available to meet the GEA Constitution Board Composition requirement of a minimum of 5 (five) elected members and not more than 7 (seven) elected members.
Continuing :
- 1 Board member is currently completing the 1st year of their 2nd term
- 1 Board member is serving the 2nd year of their 2nd term
ALL nomination forms must be submitted no later than 4pm on Thursday 31 October 2024 to secretary@gea.asn.au.
The following business will be conducted at the AGM:
- Previous AGM minutes read and adopted
- Chairperson’s Report
- General Manager’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Election of Board Members
- Appointment of auditor
A financial member has the right to appoint a proxy if they are unable to attend the AGM and the proxy may be a current financial GEA member, or another person. Proxy forms are available by clicking here or contacting the GEA office.
Following the AGM will be the annual GEA Members Christmas Drinks. Networking drinks and nibblies will be provided!
