Aldoga Solar Farm Project
The Aldoga Solar Farm will be approximately 380MW. This solar photovoltaic (PV) facility is located approximately 20 km north-west of Gladstone on the central Queensland coast.
Powerlink Queensland
Calvale to Calliope River Transmission Line Reinforcement Project
Powerlink is planning for a new transmission line between the Calvale Substation (near Callide Power Station) and the Calliope River Substation (near Gladstone). The project will reinforce electricity supply to the Gladstone region, and increase network capacity and reliability to service the growing renewable energy industry in this area.

Alpha HPA
HPA First Project
The HPA First Process Alumina Refinery is the application of the Company’s proprietary licenced solvent extraction and refining technology to produce HPA from an industrial feedstock.
Australian Future Energy
Gladstone Energy and Ammonia Project
Australian Future Energy Pty Ltd (“AFE”) is proposing the development of the Gladstone Energy and Ammonia Project (“GEAP”), which will provide for the annual production of : Approx. 330,000 tonnes of ammonia product; Approx. 8 PJ of pipeline quality gas; and Approx. 25 MW (net) of electrical power.

Gladstone Renewable Hydrogen Facility
The move will see the establishment of AGN’s A$4.2 million* hydrogen plant in Gladstone, on the State’s central coast. AGN is part of the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG), and now sees hydrogen projects being developed across four Australian States.

Eurimbular Solar Farm Project (Formerly Rodds Bay Solar Farm Project)
Eurimbula Solar Farm (formerly Rodds Bay Solar Farn) is a proposed solar farm and battery project, located near Bororen, approximately 50 kilometres south of Gladstone, Queensland. The project will comprise a:
- 696-mwgawat (MW) solar farm
- 666-MW / 1,332-mgawatt hour battery
- 33/275 kilovolt substation, and
- grid connection through existing 275-kv transmission line
The project is being developed by United Green.

Clarke Creek Wind & Solar Farm Project
Located 150 km north west of Rockhampton and 150km south of Mackay in the Isaac Shire and Livingstone Shire areas. The project has received necessary State and Federal Government approvals to develop: up to 195 wind turbines with a power output over 800 MW, between 200 MW and 400 MW of solar power, and battery energy storage.

Gladstone has been announced as the host of a new renewable hydrogen production hub, that will see the construction of a multi-billion dollar H2-Hub Gladstone facility that will produce renewable hydrogen as both a source of zero emissions gas and for use in the production of ammonia.

Winchester South Project
The undeveloped coal project is located 30km south-east of Moranbah, in Queensland’s well-established Bowen Basin.
Winchester South is our first investment in Queensland’s coal industry and will entail nearly $1 billion in capital expenditure to bring the project into production by 2023.
