Gladstone Engineering Alliance invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
We encourage all financial members to attend the AGM to learn about our accomplishments in the 2022/2023 financial year.

At the 2023 Annual General Meeting, GEA is seeking nominations for:
- Two (2) Core Positions
(Current financial Core Members only are eligible to vote) - Two (2) Service and Supplier Positions
(Current financial Core Members and Service and Supplier Members only are eligible to vote)
The following business will be conducted at the AGM:
- Previous AGM minutes read and adopted
- Chairperson’s Report
- General Manager’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Election of Board Members
- Appointment of auditor
Followed by the annual GEA Members Christmas Drinks
A financial member has the right to appoint a proxy if they are unable to attend the AGM and the proxy may be a current financial GEA member, or another person. Proxy forms are available by clicking here or contacting the GEA office.
Following the AGM networking drinks and nibblies will be provided.
