Gladstone Engineering Alliance (GEA) is the organisation linking business with opportunity to create sustainable growth and diversity in the Gladstone Region.

A well-established organisation that has been operating since 2003, GEA is committed in assisting the engineering, manufacturing and supply chain services within the Gladstone Region to meet world best practice for its skills, proficiency, capability and quality of work.

GEA is responsive to the needs of the industry and provides a strong network of member companies seeking to deliver service to clients in both the private and public sector. We take pride in encouraging major investment and promoting the vital need for new and upgraded infrastructure in our region.

We have been working with small to medium businesses supplying to the industry to ensure they remain at the forefront of the business environment to drive business growth and competitiveness by supporting business improvement.

Who We Are

Our History

Gladstone Engineering Alliance was formed in 2003 by a group of like-minded engineers who saw the benefits and strength that came with collaboration. 

A self-funded not-for-profit, our alliance has grown over the years to over 170 Central Queensland supply chain member businesses who provide a wide variety of products and services to major industries.
