2025 GEA Annual General Meeting & Member Christmas Drinks

Gladstone Engineering Alliance invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). We encourage all financial members to attend the AGM to learn about our accomplishments in the 2024/2025 financial year.​

The following business will be conducted at the AGM:

1. Previous AGM minutes read and adopted
2. Chairperson’s Report
3. CEO’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of Board Members

Board Positions

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting Gladstone Engineering Alliance (GEA) is seeking nominations for up to 3 (three) Board positions, which includes the position of Secretary.

Vacancies:

• 1 (one) Board position has come to the end of their 1st two-year term and will vacate their seat.
• 1 (one) Board member has completed their full term.
• 3 (three) Board positions are available to meet the GEA Constitution Board Composition requirement of a minimum of 5 (five) elected members and not more than 7 (seven) elected members.

Continued:

• 2 Board members are currently completing the 1st year of their 2nd term
• 2 Board members are serving the 2nd year of their 2nd term

If you are unable to attend

A financial member has the right to appoint a proxy if they are unable to attend the AGM. The proxy must be a current, financial GEA member.

If you do not have a proxy available to attend, you may appoint one of the following GEA Board members to represent you:

• Cameron Hausler, Monadelphous
• Reece Schulte, KAEFER Integrated Services
• Rob Williamson, Alpha HPA

Proxy Forms are available here and must be submitted prior to the commencement of the meeting.  Submit completed proxy forms to info@gea.asn.au.

Following the AGM will be the annual GEA Members Christmas Drinks and Nibblies will be provided – please ensure you register for catering purposes.
